Citrus Counseling Services (CCS) is a registered non-profit organization that has been providing comprehensive mental health services to our community since 1978. We specialize in programs for young children, at-risk youth, and victims of crime, as well as individual, couples, and family counseling. Our mission is to empower people to heal, grow, and thrive through compassionate care.

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Therapist to join our Redlands office. This role focuses on providing individual and couple's therapy in a supportive, client-centered environment. If you're passionate about helping people strengthen relationships and improve emotional wellness - we'd love to hear from you.

Credentialing with insurance providers will begin immediately upon hire to ensure paneling by your start date or shortly thereafter.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual and couples therapy using evidence-based practices.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments and maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to coordinate client care.
• Participate in staff meetings, training, and community outreach events.
• Contribute to the mission and goals of CCS through your clinical and organizational contributions.
