Tax Planning Consultant

I am with a firm that has a client who is looking for 2 full-time Tax Planning Consultants to help with the growth of their business. This is a 100% Remote Position (Time Zones do not matter)

• CPA, tax attorney, or EA designation helpful but not required.
• Must have at least 2 years of Tax Technical experience working with tax strategies and tax research. Note : You do not need to own your own firm. We welcome candidates with experience in public accounting, private firms, or in-house tax departments who have hands-on exposure to strategic tax planning and client advisory work.
• Minimum 2 years of Tax Advisory experience
• Minimum 2 years of Tax Technical experience with tax strategies
• Experience selling tax plans or coaching professionals to sell them
• Strong client service and relationship management skills
• High emotional intelligence and demonstrated problem-solving ability
• Experience in designing or supporting training curriculum preferred
• Provide expert guidance and strategic support to Growth Plan subscribers
• Conduct one-on-one meetings to help clients create and refine tax plans using TaxPlanIQ
• Respond to customer questions related to tax strategies, planning, and software navigation.

The base salary is 75-100k with a commission / bonus structure possible as well as health, dental, and vision insurance and unlimited PTO.
