Oracle Global Community Manager

KPMG is a global organization delivering audit, tax and advisory services to leading companies. This role brings you into the Global Alliances Group, working with KPMG member firms and Oracle to share knowledge and enable practice.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact for global knowledge sharing and practice enablement across KPMG member firms.

Drive global community engagement strategies, including town halls, newsletters, and win‑story dissemination to promote the Oracle partnership.

Maintain the internal enablement portal, housing Oracle‑related content, case studies and training updates.

Manage the Oracle Engagement Tracker tool to monitor wins, certifications and engagement metrics.

Collaborate with the Oracle Education Team to define training goals, promote certification pathways and track completions.

Act as an internal advocate for Oracle solutions, supporting marketing and communication efforts to build awareness.

Act with integrity, professionalism and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment.

Qualifications

Minimum five years of recent experience in alliance management or a related field.

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or relevant years' work experience in Oracle alliance management.

Proven experience in alliance management with strong program‑management and communication skills.

Proficiency in SharePoint, MS Teams and enablement platforms; familiarity with Oracle Partner Network tools is a plus.

Ability to work across global time zones and collaborate with diverse teams; a self‑starter with excellent problem‑solving skills.

Authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment‑based visa sponsorship; KPMG will not sponsor a U.S. work visa for this opportunity.
