Business Development Sales : $25 / hr | MF 8AM-5PM | Worcester, MA

We're hiring a Business Development Sales Representative to drive new business growth in Worcester and surrounding areas. This is a consultative role; you'll assess company needs, offer tailored solutions, and help businesses solve workforce challenges. Your focus will be building long-term client relationships that create value on both sides.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

Prospect for new business clients through cold calls, email outreach, walk-ins, and networking

Conduct discovery calls and meetings to understand client operations, staffing pain points, and hiring goals

Recommend customized service solutions based on client needs, industry, and budget

Present proposals and negotiate service agreements

Maintain a consistent pipeline of opportunities through follow-up and relationship building

Track leads, opportunities, and touchpoints in the CRM system

Collaborate with recruiting and account management teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention

Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to identify new growth opportunities

Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insight and guidance over time

Compensation :

Pay will be offered based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, and certifications.

Skills / Qualifications :

1+ year of B2B sales, business consulting, or account management experience

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Highly organized and able to manage multiple accounts

Comfortable in a self-directed, field-based role

Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems

Reliable transportation to travel locally for meetings and site visits
