Position Title :

  • BCBA - Clinic Based Position Type : Full-time, Benefited Compensation : $80,000 - $100,000, Sign-On Bonus, Benefits Culture : Diverse, Inclusive, Collaborative, Team Oriented, Supportive, Welcoming Location : Riverside, CA Responsibilities include but are not limited to : Conduct functional behavioral assessments while providing quality care and compassion to clients Supervise and monitor assessments Design, develop and implement a wide range of ABA programs for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities Collaborate with families and other professionals to tailor ABA programs to specific client needs Evaluate and update client progress reports via industry-leading data collection software Requirements : Board Certified Behavior Analyst Certification Master's Degree Experience in the field providing ABA based treatment to children and / or adolescents with developmental disabilities including autism spectrum disorder Benefits Highly Competitive Salary Medical, Dental, Vision Life and Personal Accident Insurance Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Coverage 401k Retirement Savings Plan Vacation and Sick Time Paid Holidays Opportunities for Career Development, Mentorship Flexible Work Schedules and Work-Life-Balance Loma Linda Staffing will consider qualified applicants with a criminal history pursuant to the California Fair Chance Act.
