Job Summary :

Coordinates the operations of workforce development initiatives and developing the healthcare career talent pipeline. Oversees all administrative functions, coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners, and ensure workforce development programs’ overall effectiveness and alignment with Adventist Health’s mission. Serves as a key liaison between Adventist Health and external entities such as academic institutions, community organizations, and government agencies to support participant recruitment and engagement. Is continuously involved in the collaboration with internal departments to identify placement opportunities, collect program feedback, and ensure a high-quality experience for all participants.

Job Requirements :

Education and Work Experience :

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education / related experience : Required
  • Five years' relevant experience : Preferred

Essential Functions :

  • Develops recruitment strategies and materials in collaboration with the Marketing team. Establishes and maintains relationships with academic and community partners to recruit participants. Works with Talent Acquisition to ensure pipelining into open positions.
  • Collaborates with Human Resources to ensure effective participant onboarding and compliance with AH requirements. Delivers and adapts training materials to prepare participants for roles across various departments at market location.
  • Coordinates participant assignments and schedules across departments and monitor attendance and performance. Ensures participants comply with all Adventist Health policies and procedures.
  • Works closely with Adventist Health leaders to design engaging activities and identify relevant departmental opportunities. Partners with Adventist Health system Workforce Development to share insights and maintain consistency in program and initiative standards.
  • Supports grant applications and other funding opportunities in collaboration with internal stakeholders. Tracks and maintains detailed records of participant enrollment, training, and program hours. Ensures timely and regular program reporting on KPIs.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
