Warehouse & Mod Center Manager The Warehouse and Modification Center Manager is responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations and modification activities, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with organizational standards.
This role involves leadership, strategic planning, process improvement, and close collaboration with internal teams to meet operational goals and customer requirements.

- Compensation : Salary Range from $85,000-110,000, plus 14% Bonus Above average benefits available on the 1st of the month after you start. 401K Match Key Responsibilities : Provide leadership and supervision for warehouse and modification teams.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Plan, organize, and manage inventory control processes.
- Oversee administrative services including maintenance, safety, and security.
- Maintain the overall appearance and functionality of the warehouse and modification center.
- Implement Lean principles and drive continuous process improvements.
- Develop strategic objectives and measurable goals for the modification team.
- Collaborate with Sales and General Management on key projects and operational issues.
- Monitor modification schedules to ensure timely completion.
- Ensure quality standards and processes are met across operations.
- Act as liaison with factory suppliers on quality-related issues.
Qualifications :
Proven experience in warehouse and operations management.Strong leadership and team development skills.Knowledge of Lean principles and process improvement methodologies.Excellent organizational and planning abilities.Familiarity with inventory management systems and best practices.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Ability to manage quality assurance processes and liaise with suppliers.Experience in coordinating logistics and shipment activities.
