Job Summary :

The Paint Loader is responsible for preparing and loading parts or products onto paint lines or racks for the painting process. This includes cleaning, hanging, masking, and ensuring proper placement for efficient coating and drying.

Key Responsibilities :

Load and unload parts onto paint racks or conveyors.

Clean and prepare surfaces to be painted (e.g., wiping, degreasing).

Mask and protect areas not to be painted.

Inspect parts for damage or cleanliness before loading.

Follow paint line schedules and safety procedures.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Communicate with paint booth operators and team leads as needed.

Requirements :

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Previous experience in a manufacturing or paint shop setting is a plus.
