BluePearl Pet Hospital is looking for an Overnight Veterinary Technician Supervisor with passion and the ability to help motivate engage and train a team of veterinary professionals.

$3000 Sign-on bonus for qualified candidates!

Payscale : $30.20 - $47.30 / Hr

We also offer competitive shift differential pay for eligible hours worked for nights and weekends.

• Shift differentials are based on a 4-hour minimum.

For example :

Mon Fri : 6pm to 8am $4.50 Shift Differential

Sat & Sun : 8am to 6pm $4.50 Shift Differential

Sat & Sun : 6pm to 8am $8.00 Shift Differentia

As a Veterinary Technician Supervisor you will

Serve as a mentor to lower-level staff by demonstrating positive work habits effective clinical skills and business knowledge.

Coach team members to be continuously aware and proactive at anticipating and addressing patient and client needs and to seek assistance with escalated stressful situations.

Works with hospital leadership to organize tech and assistant meetings.

Organize training schedules for Technician staff.

Identify conflicts in the workplace and seek assistance in resolution.

Provide feedback leadership and works to develop performance improvement plans.

Other related duties as assigned.
