This on-call role serves as an SME / Senior Project Manager-level expert, ready to step in for high-stakes scheduling, task management, and emergency response. You'll support WMATA leadership with research, analysis, quality control, and strategic communication for complex scheduling and project controls. Perfect for a seasoned professional who can lead under pressure and operate with discretion.

Responsibilities

• The on-call SMEs will be equivalent to a Senior Project Manager and will be responsible for assisting with scheduling, task management, and emergency and critical events on an as needed basis. The need for senior level SMEs and areas of expertise will be as needed for the duration of the project.
• Support WMATA VP and / or Task Manager with research, analysis, quality control, scheduling and communications related to task order management, annual scheduling, customer impact criteria, and project controls and complex scheduling programs; and
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Salary Range

$140,000 to $175,000 annually, depending on experience
