Job Description

We are seeking a Traveling Construction Superintendent for immediate openings on commercial construction projects nationwide. This role involves overseeing on-site construction activities while actively engaging in hands-on carpentry work.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage on-site construction activities.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, labor, and materials on the construction site.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety, quality, and adherence to project plans.
• Perform basic carpentry tasks, including framing, installation / repairs, Misc Metal work, finishing, and repairs.
• Collaborate with the project manager to achieve project goals within the specified timeline.
• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and team members.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols on the construction site, actively participating in safety initiatives.
• Provide on-site leadership, guidance, and support to the construction team.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $110000.00 / yr.
