As a Part Time Licensed Clinical Behavioral Health Professional, you'll provide care to client employees and their dependents in our Health Center located in Milwaukee, WI . The scheduled hours are Monday & Thursday 8am-5pm, Wednesday 7am-4pm and Friday 8am-11am. This position is primarily onsite, with the option to work virtually on Fridays. Unique opportunity!

What You’ll Do

• Use a strengths-based approach to support patient well-being
• Provide psychotherapy or counseling to individuals, groups, couples, or families
• Help patients gain insight, set goals, and plan actions for personal and social development
• Identify and diagnose psychological, emotional, or behavioral issues using assessments and records
• Apply evidence-based interventions within scope of practice, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, EMDR, Written Exposure Therapy, and CAMS
• Counsel patients on stress, substance abuse, and family issues to modify or improve behavior
• Collaborate with patients on treatment goals and outcomes
• Participate in clinical care team activities, including consultation, case management, care coordination, and referrals
• Enters data into patient’s chart to ensure accurate and up-to-date records
• Performs other duties as assigned
