• Join an independent medical group of board-certified physician anesthesiologists who provide perioperative and critical care anesthesia services for over 25 Sonoma and Napa County facility locations
• Cooperative and collaborative team-based environment with a "family feel"
• Anesthesiologists do 100% of their own cases, no supervision required or available
• Shareholder path is available
• No corporate buy in
• M-F work schedule (for most cases, surgery starts around 7 : 30am)
• Paid Call - Ability to take as little or as much call as you want!
• Compensation commensurate with MGMA median; potential earnings up to $800,000
