Saline, MI | Full-Time / Part-Time Available- 8 hour shifts
Join a team that cares! We’re looking for compassionate Resident Assistants to support seniors with daily care needs while promoting dignity, independence, and a safe, welcoming environment.
What You’ll Do :
- Assist with daily living tasks : bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and meals
- Report changes in resident condition and ensure accurate documentation
- Help maintain a clean, safe living environment
- Support social activities, light housekeeping, and laundry
- Respond promptly to resident needs and emergencies
- What We’re Looking For :
- Experience in assisted living or skilled nursing preferred
