Research Engineer

A company is looking for a Research Engineer to join its Innovation Lab's Experimental Engineering team. Key Responsibilities Lead exploratory spikes, proofs-of-concept, and early-stage prototyping for innovative ideas Identify strategic opportunities in emerging technologies, particularly AI / ML Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve problems and share insights Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a focus on AI / ML Experience in designing and building innovative proofs of concept and prototypes Expertise in Python and familiarity with frameworks like FastAPI and React Demonstrated curiosity for solving complex engineering problems
