Senior Structural Engineer

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Structural or Civil Engineering
• Minimum 8 years of experience

Licensed Professional Engineer data-start="206" data-end="229">

Responsibilities : Perform engineering calculations, layout, and system design to code with minimal supervision

Prepare and manage design budgets, schedules, estimates

Lead, mentor, and motivate engineering designers and junior staff

Conduct quality assurance reviews and ensure coordination across disciplines

Review and finalize engineering drawings and documents

Engage directly with clients to communicate design and project requirements

Skills :

Proficient in REVIT, engineering modeling tools, and Microsoft Office

Strong knowledge of building and discipline-specific codes

Excellent communication, leadership, and critical-thinking skills

Ability to manage time, people, and fast-paced project deadlines
