Position Details :

Location : Fort Wayne, IN

Hours : Full-time

Responsibilities :

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers

Schedule appointments and follow up with leads

Provide excellent customer service and answer inquiries

Keep detailed records of calls and appointments

Strong verbal communication skills

Reliable and self-motivated

Previous phone or customer service experience preferred, but not required
