Job Title : Production Associate

1st and 2nd shift Assembler / Braizer $22-$23 / hr

Job Description

We are seeking dedicated individuals for direct placement positions to join our team as Production Associates. In this role, you will be engaged in the assembly of radiators and radiator coils for copper piping systems. You will work with blueprints, hand tools, and measuring tools, and will be responsible for cutting, measuring, and assembling products. The role involves applying screws using a drill for metal brackets and reading a tape measure daily to ensure specifications are met.

Responsibilities

• Utilize work orders and blueprints to ensure work is assembled according to specifications.
• Complete work within estimated time frames.
• Collaborate with a team to ensure products are produced on time.
• Communicate any machine complications or challenges to lead / supervisor.
• Participate in 5S, cleaning, and organizing methods.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and quality standards.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45780.00 - $47860.00 / yr.

Competitive Pay : Pay range $22.01-27.50 / hr.
