Contract B2B Accounts Receivable Collections Specialist

  • B2C COLLECTIONS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED

Location : Phoenix, AZ 85008 (100% On-Site)

Pay Range : $26 - $29 / hr

Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM MST

LHH is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Collections Specialist to support B2B collections in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This contract role requires strong communication and negotiation skills to manage client relationships and ensure timely payments.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with large ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and possess solid Excel skills for tracking aging reports, reconciling accounts, and analyzing payment trends.

Responsibilities include contacting clients regarding outstanding invoices, resolving discrepancies, and collaborating with internal teams to streamline collections.

Candidates must be comfortable working 100% on-site in Phoenix and demonstrate a strong sense of accountability, organization, and follow-through.
