Additional systems such as Sales Force Service Cloud, Value Track, EDI / B2B are a plus; working IT knowledge, not necessarily a programmer. Strong communication & presentation skills with demonstrated ability to communicate complex business and analytical findings to a variety of levels within the organization. Strong project and process management skills; proven ability to manage multiple tasks to conclusion, on time and without compromise to quality of work output. Has served in a Business Analyst role and has the ability to solve for ambiguous situations using strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities & skills. Understands system and business needs and had demonstrated ability to prioritize based on importance to business. Demonstrable orientation to teamwork and customer service; partners well with others and develops collaborative working relationships.

QUALIFCATIONS :
- Bachelor Degree in Information Systems, Engineering or related field.
- A minimum of 2 to 4+ years' related work experience in business process analysis, systems development / management, IT project management, preferably gained in the pharmaceutical / biotechnology or related industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in business process analysis and system concepts, as well as a solid understanding of the overall software development lifecycle (SDLC) or Agile software development.
- Demonstrated proficiency in sales portion of SAP SD module or other ERP system.
- Knowledge of order to cash; order management, channel inventory, customer service and / or reverse logistics.
