Job Title : Residential Mental Health Therapist

Location : Crownsville, MD

Work Environment : Teen Residential Treatment Facility

Schedule : Monday to Friday - Rotating weekend schedule

Compensation : $78,000 - $93,500 (Dependent on Licensure / Experience)

About the Job :

As a therapist at Sandstone Care, you will play a vital role in our mission. You will :

• Provide high-quality and empathic therapy to individuals and groups, addressing the root causes of adolescent client's substance use and mental health diagnosis.
• Facilitate engaging and effective 3-hour clinical groups three times a week, covering topics such as coping skills, relapse prevention, and life skills.
• Develop and monitor personalized treatment plans, ensuring that each client receives the best possible care and achieves their recovery goals.

Qualifications :

Education : Minimum of a master's degree in a Behavioral Health Science required (clinical social work, clinical psychology, marriage and family therapy, or a related field)
