Technical lead with c#,python,C++

Job Summary

The Technical Lead will be responsible for providing technical leadership and guidance in c#, python, and c++ development projects. They will oversee the technical team, ensure the successful delivery of projects, and contribute to the development of innovative solutions. (1.) Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and mentor a team of developers working on c#, python, and c++ projects.

2. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

3. Design, develop, and implement high-quality software solutions using c#, python, and c++.

4. Conduct code reviews, provide technical feedback, and ensure adherence to coding standards.

5. Troubleshoot technical issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.

6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in c#, python, and c++ development.

7. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance development processes and productivity.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficiency in c#, python, and c++ programming languages.

2. Strong experience in leading technical teams and managing software development projects.

3. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

4. Good understanding of software development methodologies and practices.

Compensation : $55.00 - $60.00 per hour
