Job Opportunity : Receptionist
Our client in San Diego, CA is seeking a reliable and friendly Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-service oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced office environment. Key responsibilities include :
- Greeting visitors, clients, and staff with professionalism and courtesy
- Answering and directing incoming calls using a multi-line phone system
- Managing the reception area and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment
- Scheduling appointments and assisting with meeting coordination
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Providing general administrative support, including data entry and filing
- Assisting with special projects and supporting other teams as needed
Requirements :
