As the organizational cornerstone of our team, you'll be responsible for managing a range of critical tasks that contribute to our firm's success. Your duties will encompass HR policy implementation, supporting employee onboarding and development, handling workplace conflicts, and ensuring compliance with state regulations. You'll be expected to adapt to the evolving needs of our organization while upholding the highest standards of accuracy and efficiency.

What you'll do : HR Management :

• Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with state laws and regulations.
• Oversee HR issues, including resolving conflicts and addressing employee concerns.
• Track and manage employee PTO, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
• Develop and implement HR policies to promote a productive and respectful work environment.
