Technical Marketing Manager - Advanced Metallization

The Technical Marketing Manager Advanced Metallization will join BASF's Electronic Materials team, focusing on driving growth and innovation in metallization solutions for advanced semiconductor manufacturing. This role is responsible for managing customer and equipment supplier projects, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting the development and commercialization of next-generation metallization products (e.g., copper, cobalt, ruthenium, and related chemistries for sub-10nm nodes and advanced packaging). As a Technical Marketing Manager - Advanced Metallization, you create chemistry by...

• Identifying industry trends, unmet customer needs, and key growth drivers in advanced metallization for semiconductor devices.
• Leading cross-functional projects with US customers and equipment suppliers (e.g., deposition tool vendors), ensuring timely execution and alignment with global technical teams.
• Evaluating business potential and securing new opportunities by launching new products or expanding existing product lines.
• Initiating and fostering strategic collaborations with customers and tool suppliers to accelerate innovation and adoption of BASF's metallization solutions.
• Gathering and analyzing market intelligence on emerging technologies, customer requirements, and competitive landscape.
• Providing technical support for new applications and product development, working closely with R&D, sales, and manufacturing teams.
• Translating customer and market requirements into actionable product specifications and project plans.
• Inspiring creativity and managing abstract concepts in a highly collaborative, global environment.
