The Antelope Valley Program Manager is responsible for providing administrative support for regional Prevention department program services. Responsible for data collection and reporting activities in coordination with funded and unfunded partners. Under the supervision of the Associate Director of Operations, works to implement funded services. Program Manager will also be responsible for the Healthy Families of America (HFA), Black Infant Health (BIH), Mamas, Partnership For Families (PFF), Planting Prosperity, Strong Communities in Antelope Valley. This will include oversight of the budget and outcomes, supervision of superiors and community presentation.
Responsible for overall program direction and attainment of program objectives
Maintaining accurate statistics and reporting on all Prevention Antelope Valley Programs
Lead point of contact for the Antelope Valley Programs and subcontracted agencies
Supervision of Program Supervisors and subcontractors
Development and implementation of Program Evaluation Plan to measure attainment of all program’s objectives and outcomes.
Development and implementation of quality assurance plan for all Antelope Valley Programs.
Maintaining accurate statistics and presenting results at regular meetings.
Development and implementation of quality assurance standards.
Consultation with Children’s Bureau evaluation staff on proper maintenance of data collection and reporting systems.
Oversight of budget, hiring, supervising, and training staff.
