We’re seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead day-to-day operations at our Tualatin facility. The ideal candidate will drive productivity, maintain a safe and efficient workplace, manage staff, and ensure on-time, accurate order fulfillment. This is a hands-on leadership role with responsibility for inventory integrity, process improvement, KPI reporting, and workforce development.

3+ years’ experience managing warehouse operations2+ years in a managerial role preferredForklift certification and ability to operate warehouse and material handling equipmentHigh school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, or business is a plusProven leadership ability with experience hiring, training, and developing teamsStrong knowledge of warehouse systems (WMS), RF scanning, and basic data analysis; experience with ERP integration a plusProficient with Microsoft Office (Excel) and KPI reportingAbility to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, or weekends as neededLift up to 49 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reachStand / walk for up to 12 hours during shiftsInterested in a Career with PLIO Logistics? Responsibilities :
Manage all warehouse operations : inbound receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing, staging, and shippingLead, coach, schedule, and evaluate warehouse staff (supervisors, associates, temporary workers)Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts, reconciliation, and root-cause corrective actionsMaintain safety, security, and regulatory compliance (OSHA, DOT, site policies)Implement and sustain process improvements (5S, Lean, Kaizen) to raise efficiency and reduce costsMonitor and report KPIs : on-time shipments, order accuracy, dock-to-stock time, labor productivity, inventory shrinkCoordinate with transportation, customer service, and accounting teams to meet client SLAsOversee equipment maintenance, facility upkeep, and vendor relationshipsManage staffing levels, labor forecasting, and cost control within budgetLead investigations for discrepancies, incidents, and customer claims; implement preventative measuresGet Started :
