Strong verbal and written communication skills. Organized with a keen eye for detail. Must be authorized to work in the US. Create exceptional experiences for our customers. Become a product expert to better assist users. Act as the primary contact between customers and the company, addressing inquiries via email. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, bugs, and complaints with care. Provide valuable customer feedback to management to enhance the customer experience. Collaborate with various teams including product, engineering, marketing, and QA to leverage your additional skills.
