Become a product expert to better assist users. Act as the primary contact between customers and the company, addressing inquiries via email. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, bugs, and complaints with care. Provide valuable customer feedback to management to enhance the customer experience. Collaborate with various teams including product, engineering, marketing, and QA to leverage your additional skills.
