Hospitality Manager
The Hospitality Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of service and food quality, and managing the staff effectively. This role requires a proactive leader who can motivate and develop a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key responsibilities include :
- Managing all aspects of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, staff management, and customer service.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the restaurant.
- Developing and implementing operational procedures to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Coordinating with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate service.
- Monitoring inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed.
- Handling customer complaints and resolving issues promptly.
- Conducting staff training and development programs.
- Preparing and managing the restaurants budget.
- Reporting to the General Manager on operational performance and financial results.
Qualifications :
