Job Title : Adjunct of Physical Therapy Assistant Program

Campus Location : Walters State Community College - Morristown Campus ( Employees are assigned to a home location but may occasionally or regularly be required to work at other WSCC locations.)

Job Purpose : Develop and teach Neuromuscular Conditions and Treatment for the PTA in the Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Program offered during spring semester.

Essential Job Functions :

• Develop and teach courses in the PTA program campus laboratory facilities.
• Prepare course syllabi materials evaluate student learning and maintain class records.
• May perform other duties as assigned.

Behavioral Core Competencies :

Leadership & Supervisory : This position has no supervisory responsibilities but is expected to participate as part of a team in conjunction with other Physical Therapy Assistant faculty and as a member of the Health Programs division.

Environment &Working Conditions : Classroom environment is temperature controlled but runs warm. Classroom is well lit and free from loud noises and unnecessary interruptions.
