Accounts Payable Officer | Temp-to-Perm | Ryde | Immediate Start | 5 Days On-Site Required

Are you an experienced Accounts Payable professional looking for your next opportunity in a supportive, fast-paced environment? We’re seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Payable Officer to join our finance team on a temporary basis, with a strong view to permanent employment for the right person.

The Role Reporting to the CFO, you’ll be responsible for the end-to-end accounts payable function, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments. You’ll also play a key role in maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and supporting the broader finance team during a period of growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Process high-volume invoices and employee reimbursements
• Match, batch, and code invoices accurately
• Prepare weekly and monthly payment runs
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain vendor master data and ensure compliance with company policies
• Assist with month-end close and reporting as required
