Customer Support Agent
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Agent to support our client, a leading global logistics and courier services company. In this role, you will assist customers with inquiries related to shipments, delivery statuses, service options, billing and general support. The ideal candidate is fluent in Italian, solution-oriented, communicates clearly and consistently provides an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding shipment tracking, delivery timelines and available service options.
- Assist customers with creating shipping labels, claims, returns and redelivery requests.
- Investigate and resolve issues related to lost, delayed, or damaged shipments.
- Escalate complex cases to relevant internal departments when needed.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the client's logistics services, policies and procedures.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective support and problem resolution.
- Follow quality standards and compliance guidelines.
