Note : - 5+ years of experience managing school construction projects.
Role Summary
The General Construction Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of school modernization projects. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of educational facility requirements. The Project Manager will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all relevant codes and standards.

Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field experience
- 5+ years of experience managing school construction projects
- Strong knowledge of design-build and Lease Lease back delivery method.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Bluebeam, Procure, MS Project)
- OSHA certification and familiarity with prevailing wage requirements
