Join Our Team as a Part-Time Legal Administrative Assistant in High Point!

Are you an experienced Legal Assistant or Paralegal looking for an exciting part-time opportunity? The Resource is seeking a Legal Administrative Assistant for a reputable Attorney's office in High Point, NC with a flexible 1st shift schedule (choose between 8 : 00 AM - 2 : 00 PM or 8 : 30 AM - 2 : 30 PM , working 20-25 hours per week ). There's potential for this role to transition into a full-time schedule for the right candidate.

If you’re proficient in MS Word and Excel , can type at least 40 words per minute , and have a knack for drafting court orders, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities :

  • Draft court orders and legal documents with accuracy.
  • Organize and analyze evidence and other case materials for attorney review.
  • Prepare and proofread legal correspondence, contracts, and pleadings.
  • Conduct legal research on laws, regulations, and case precedents.
  • Coordinate with clients and witnesses to schedule interviews, meetings, and depositions.
  • Maintain and organize paper and electronic filing systems .

Provide administrative support by managing the attorney’s calendar and arranging travel plans.

What We’re Looking For :

  • Strong proficiency in MS Word and Excel .
  • Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM .
  • Background as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal is highly desirable.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.

    • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
