A company is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator on a 6-month contract. Key Responsibilities Establish working relationships with hiring managers and candidates, schedule interviews, and communicate interview details Create and deliver candidate offer letters and new hire paperwork, and manage new hire materials and databases Manage complex interview schedules and background checks while ensuring an excellent candidate experience Required Qualifications Experience in recruiting coordination and administration in a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organizational and time management skills Experience with managing shifting priorities and time-sensitive tasks Ability to develop strong relationships with cross-functional teams
