Responsibilities

Client Engagement : Connect with prospective and existing clients to understand their insurance needs and provide personalized solutions.

Inbound and Outbound Sales : Manage both incoming inquiries and proactive outreach to generate and close sales opportunities.

Policy Advisory : Provide expert advice on policy options, terms, and benefits tailored to individual client circumstances.

Account Management : Maintain an ongoing relationship with clients, ensuring their needs are met and they remain satisfied with our offerings.

Market Awareness : Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our services in the marketplace.

Regulatory Compliance : Ensure all sales activities comply with legal and company policies.

Requirements

Licensing : An active Louisiana Property & Casualty License is preferred. Must obtain license within first 30 days of hire and licensing assistance available.

Experience : Prior experience in insurance sales or a customer service role is preferred.

Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Customer-Focused : A strong drive to meet and exceed client needs and expectations.

Team Collaboration : Ability to work seamlessly within a team environment and contribute to team goals.

Problem-Solving : Capable of identifying issues and developing effective solutions.

Tech Proficiency : Familiarity with CRM software and typical office applications is a plus.

Motivated : A keen sense of self-motivation and a proactive approach to tasks.
