Receptionist
Serve as the face and voice of the facility Greet all visitors and callers with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency.
Answer and direct phone calls Manage a multi-line phone system, route calls accurately, and relay messages promptly.
Monitor visitor access Ensure proper sign-in procedures and follow established safety and security protocols.
Provide administrative support Assist with scheduling, document handling, and other general front desk tasks.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area Ensure the front desk reflects the high standards of our community.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
At least 1 year of receptionist experience in a medical, senior care, or healthcare setting preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; bilingual a plus.
Well-organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Must maintain confidentiality and uphold HIPAA compliance at all times.
