Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer, where you'll help to deter security-related incidents and support a welcoming atmosphere within a dynamic healthcare location. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help to deter unwanted activity, and deliver outstanding customer service. This is a driving position, offering the opportunity to interact with a variety of people and make a positive impact through teamwork, integrity, and a people-first approach.

What You'll Do

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations as appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, assisting staff, patients, and visitors as needed.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and identify potential concerns.

Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas to help to deter unwanted activity and promote a secure environment.

Document and report any security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual occurrences to the appropriate personnel.

Collaborate with healthcare staff and local authorities as needed to address security-related matters.

Remain alert and attentive while on duty, adapting to the unique needs of a healthcare location.

Minimum Requirements

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Alarm panel experience is preferred.

A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.

A guard card or license is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
