In this role you will manage and grow Teladoc Health's relationship with major insurance companies (health plan payers) while building strategic relationships within your account base, across a matrix of roles and areas of expertise, including executive-level personnel. You will have the opportunity to expand Teladoc Health's reach within your accounts, driving revenue growth, product expansion and market development.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Increase Teladoc Health market share by prospecting and identifying new opportunities within your account base
• Develop quarterly reports that enable you to use data to construct a powerful story that defines Teladoc Health's value proposition, for presentation to executive-level clients
• Develop an operating calendar, detailed account plan / forecast and account planning / mapping process
• Work closely with internal partners including product, clinical, data science, implementation, reporting, legal and finance personnel to deliver on Teladoc Health's side of the strategic roadmap
• Maximize, drive and achieve revenue and margin goals while staying within the allocated budget
• Manage and deliver on issue resolution and customer satisfaction within your accounts
• Demonstrate a broad comprehension of the customer's needs, market trends, industry challenges, major players, relevant products and technologies

The base salary range for this position is $90,000 - $110,000.

In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements) listed here : Teladoc Health Benefits 2025.

Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications. This information is applicable for all full-time positions. Teladoc Health will not sponsor or transfer employment work visas for this position.
