💵 $500,000 – $600,000 per year + Potential Annual Bonus up to $75K

Vascular Surgeon – Northwest Ohio 🌾

We’re looking for a dynamic Vascular Surgeon to take the lead and build a cutting-edge vascular surgery program in Northwest Ohio . This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to shape the future of a high-quality, community-based vascular program, with a focus on patient-centered care and collaborative teamwork . You’ll have the chance to influence program growth, work with a diverse case mix, and provide exceptional care in a supportive, multidisciplinary environment .

📈 Position Highlights :

Lead the creation of a community-based vascular surgery program

Provide advanced surgical care, including treatment for :

💔 Abdominal & Thoracic Aneurysmal Disease

🧠 Carotid Artery Disease

💉 Hemodialysis Access

👣 Peripheral Vascular Disease & Limb Salvage

Perform both open and endovascular procedures

Manage vascular conditions with medical therapy , lifestyle modification , and non-surgical interventions

Collaborative Environment : Work with Cardiology , Interventional Radiology , and other specialties

Flexible Schedule : 2 clinic days / week

3 procedural or surgical days / week

10 night / weekend call shifts / month (no daytime coverage)

Program Expansion : Lead the charge in recruiting additional providers and transitioning to a hybrid OR

Opportunity for Leadership : Take on a leadership role in the program based on your experience and interests

🎓 Qualifications :

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Vascular Surgery

Eligible for Ohio Medical License

Strong commitment to patient-centered care and program development

💼 Compensation & Benefits :

Base Salary :

$500,000 for 0–3 years of experience

$550,000 for 4–6 years of experience

$600,000 for 7+ years of experience

💵 Annual Bonus : Potential up to $75,000

💰 One-Time Signing Bonus : $50,000

🚚 Relocation Stipend up to $15,000

🏖️ Vacation : 176 hours annually

🏥 Sick Time : 120 hours annually

🎉 Paid Holidays : 11 per year

📚 CME Allowance : $7,500 annually
