Principal Program Manager

As the Principal Program Manager, you will be responsible for orchestrating complex programs and initiatives, ensuring the seamless delivery of Oracle's Datacenter infrastructure solutions. Your expertise will be pivotal in driving strategic growth and operational excellence. This role is a linchpin in our success, ensuring the seamless integration and delivery of our datacenter offerings across five critical pillars :

• Infrastructure Delivery Engineering (IDE)
• Bare Metal Cloud
• Data Center Software Platform
• White Space Data Hall Design
• Data Center Program Control and Low-voltage Vendor Management

Responsibilities :

Lead cross-functional teams and manage large-scale programs, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.

Facilitate collaboration between various teams, including engineering, operations, and cloud services, to ensure a unified approach.

Identify opportunities to streamline processes and optimize workflows, enhancing efficiency across cloud infrastructure delivery.

Proactively identify and assess risks associated with cloud infrastructure projects.

Manage relationships with external vendors and partners, negotiating contracts and ensuring performance.

Utilize data analytics to inform strategic decisions, identify trends, and measure project success.

Qualifications : Advanced degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Project Management, or a related discipline. Extensive experience in program management, preferably within the cloud computing or technology industry. Strong leadership skills and the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams. Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., PMP certification, Agile) and tools (MS Project, Smartsheet). Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a talent for building consensus. Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making. Experience in cloud infrastructure or data center environments is highly desirable. Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate them effectively to diverse audiences.
