Job Description
The Director of Nursing and Health Services leads medical care and nursing operations across key programs serving children, youth, and adults. This includes health services for children in foster care and residential treatment (under Article 29-I), programs for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), and support services for adults with complex medical needs.
This leader ensures high-quality care, regulatory compliance, and efficient clinical operations. The Director provides supervision to the medical team and works across departments to drive improvement and collaboration in care delivery.
