This leader has the ability to see the big picture direct and engage a team and proactively plan facilities work needed. This position is responsible for all aspects of the Engineering department to include the proper operation maintenance and repair of all HVAC refrigeration plumbing electrical life safety electrical and mechanical equipment / systems. This leader also invests in their team to help grow future leaders. This leader is the representative of the building and should stride to be use his eye for detail to present useful arguments to continue to investment on the guest experience and asset improvement.

Requested Tasks :

• Lead manage and hold engineering team accountable
• Effectively manage controllable expenses and engineering budget
• Develop an engineering operating strategy that is aligned with the property and brand business strategy
• Oversee execution of long-term preventative maintenance asset protection plans
• Co-chair the propertys Safety Committee
