Analyst- Risk Management Insurance

How will you make a difference?

As a member of the Risk Management group, you will be responsible for supporting the company’s insurance and risk management programs through detailed analysis, claims coordination, and policy administration. You’ll work closely with internal departments, brokers, insurers, and third-party administrators to manage risk exposures and ensure proper insurance coverage. This role reports to the Sr. Manager, Risk Management and regularly prepares reports and presentations for senior leadership. Your work will directly contribute to the company’s ability to manage risk effectively and operate securely across all business units.

What do we want to know about you?

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Risk Management, Insurance, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in insurance, risk management, or a related role
• Strong understanding of insurance principles, policy structures, and claims processes
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and risk management software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision

Ability to communicate effectively via phone, video, and in-person meetings

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The salary range for this role is between

$77,400.00-$110,300.00

The actual salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, such as : training, transferable skills, work experience, education, business needs, market demands and work location. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. More information on offered benefits, which include health, welfare, and retirement, are available at mywabtecbenefits.com .
