Job Description

As the Virtual Monitoring Supervisor, you will lead a dedicated team of observers who play a critical role in patient safety and harm prevention.

Primary Responsibilities

• Oversee the observation room team to maintain a professional and safe working environment.
• Manage team schedules and the emergency response roster effectively.
• Support patient monitoring as needed across various shifts.
• Facilitate staff meetings, leadership discussions, and daily huddles to promote effective communication.
• Create and distribute informative weekly newsletters and assignment sheets.
• Participate actively in the recruitment process to build a strong team.
• Conduct investigations into safety incidents and develop comprehensive timelines.
• Implement corrective actions following company policies and provide further educational support as required.
