QA Analyst

A company is looking for a QA Analyst 4 to join their Product Development team, focusing on Workers Compensation Medical Bill Review and Utilization Review platforms. Key Responsibilities Lead comprehensive testing strategies for Workers Compensation medical bill review workflows and regulatory compliance Design and execute advanced test scenarios for utilization review processes and API integration testing Mentor junior QA team members and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve complex problems Required Qualifications Minimum 4-6 years of software quality assurance experience in healthcare or medical billing systems Expert-level experience in testing REST / SOAP APIs and EDI standards Strong understanding of medical billing processes and Workers Compensation medical management Proven experience in leading system-to-system integration testing and compliance validation Experience mentoring junior QA professionals and serving as an informal team leader
