Family Time Facilitator

A company is looking for a Family Time Facilitator, part-time, to support families navigating the child welfare system.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise visits between children and their families in various settings

Provide parenting skills training and psycho-education to promote family bonding

Document progress, report concerns, and testify in court as needed

Required Qualifications

Minimum of an Associate's Degree in a Human Services field preferred; Bachelor's degree preferred

Prior experience with children, crisis intervention, and knowledge of child development

Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record and access to a vehicle

Ability to maintain a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

Organized and capable of independently managing a caseload of clients
