Candidates for the Chief of Staff position should have a total of 5-6 years' of experience, with 3-4 years' in management consulting or similar roles, and a background in startup environments. The role requires a proven ability to work with C-level executives, strong analytical and communication skills, and a structured problem-solving mindset. The ideal candidate will have a bias for action, a focus on execution and outcomes, and the ability to influence without direct authority. High adaptability and comfort with ambiguity in a fast-changing environment are also essential traits for this position.
