WHAT YOU'LL DO AS OUR EXPERIENCED HVAC TECHNICIAN :

Deliver top-tier service with a customer-first mindset
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems
Perform load calculations, airflow balancing, and equipment sizing
Interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and service manuals without supervision
Use digital or paperless invoicing software accurately
Work with dispatchers and the service manager to execute service calls efficiently
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members
Maintain clean, organized workspaces and service vehicles
Mentor apprentices and help shape the next generation of HVAC professionals
Recommend and sell add-on products and equipment when appropriate

To Qualify, You'll Need :

3+ years as a senior technician

Knowledge of commercial systems (15 tons and down)

Knowledge of higher-tier equipment (smart thermostats, Carrier Infinity systems)

Proficiency with schematics, wiring diagrams, and digital invoicing software

Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Ability to provide all basic hand tools to complete 90% of service work

Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Resides within 15 miles of Arlington, TX

Physical ability to work in attics, crawl spaces, and on rooftops

Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs.

Strong decision-making skills and customer service abilities

Having experience with boilers, chillers, and IAQ systems is a plus!
